Return Policy

At NovelleToronto, we do everything we can to ensure customer satisfaction. However, you may wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.

Return conditions

You can only request a return after you have physically received the item.
Return costs are entirely borne by the customer, including any international shipping costs.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
You are allowed to try on the item, but not to wear it.
Returns of products intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intent of returning them partially are not permitted.

Return procedure

Please communicate your return request by sending an email to novelletoronto@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
You will receive from us the return address of our supplier (located in China).
You will have to ship the item back to us at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.
We always recommend using a track & trace shipping method.

Reimbursement

Once the item has been received at the return address and the product condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking system indicates that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
In case of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the responsibility lies with the customer.
Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
