Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Novelle Toronto. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Times
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 6–14 business days from the date your order is placed. This timeframe includes both processing and shipping time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 6 days from the date of your order to become available and visible within the carrier's tracking system. This delay does not mean your order has not been shipped and is a normal part of the fulfillment and carrier update process.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Novelle Toronto is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Novelle Toronto is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at novelletoronto@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.
